Hillside Deluxe - These hillside guestrooms have one king bed and views of the Piton mountains and/or ocean. Airy design features dramatic open roof dormers, clay tile or tropical hardwood floors, ceiling fans and balcony. Refrigerator, electric tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, and in-room safe. Bathroom with dual sinks and shower.

Premium - All guestrooms have clay tile or tropical hardwood floors, ceiling fans and balconies, refrigerators, electric tea/coffee makers, wall-mounted hair dryers, and in-room safes. Views of the Piton mountains and ocean.

Standard - One king bed or two twin beds, located on either the hillside or beachside. Guestrooms have garden or partial ocean views. Designed for natural air flow (no air conditioning) and peace and quiet (no radios, TVs, or phones).

Superior - One king bed or two twin beds. These hillside guestrooms are octagonal or rectangular in shape, with view of the ocean and/or the volcanic Pitons. Designed for natural air flow (no air conditioning) and peace and quiet (no radios, TVs, or phones).

DINING:
Dining at Anse Chastanet features herbs and produce grown in the resort's own gardens on the former sugar/cocoa plantation of Anse Mamin, part of the resort's 600 acres.

Piti Piton Restaurant - Hillside site with panoramic Caribbean Sea view. Open-air under ceiling fans. Hand-painted artwork of tropical flowers throughout. "Treetop" seating section surrounded by forest crown. Separate bar/lounge. Á la carte breakfast daily. Dinner five nights weekly. Dress code: long pants or dress shorts, collared shirts for men.

Trou au Diable Restaurant - Open-air beachfront restaurant/bar decorated with carved wood figures. Á la carte lunch daily as well as buffet. Buffet dinners twice-weekly featuring theme cuisines. Dinner dress code: long pants or dress shorts, collared shirts for men.

Afternoon tea is served daily in the Piton and Trou au Diable bars. Except Sundays, there's live music nightly in one or the other bar


ACTIVITIES:
Guests have complimentary use of snorkeling gear, windsurfers, kayaks, Sunfish sailboats, and a tennis court. The resort includes a full-service diving center offering beginner lessons, certification courses, and reef, wreck, wall, and night dives off the beach and in nearby locations (fees). Snorkeling and diving within 10-100 yards of the beach is considered among the best in the Caribbean, with some 150 fish species in residence. Snorkeling and diving are also available on the resort's second beach, a 5-minute complimentary boat ride away. Other recreational activities available include sunset cruises on the resort's 37-foot yacht and deep-sea fishing. Tours of nearby attractions such as Soufrière's "drive-in" volcano, sulphur springs, and mineral baths are also available
