Cariblue Restaurant - At Cariblue Restaurant,
which overlooks Cariblue Beach and the Caribbean Sea, breakfast
and lunch are served buffet style. The lunch buffet theme changes
daily from Mediterranean to Asian to Mexican and much more. A
La Carte dinner is offered six evenings per week, with a choice
of regular items from the Cuisine LeSPORT menu as well as lighter
and vegetarian options. On Wednesday evenings we serve a sumptuous
Caribbean Buffet with traditional St. Lucian entertainment. Wine
is served with lunch and dinner.
TAO
- The award winning TAO restaurant offers a fusion of East and
West Cuisine with authentic oriental flavours and Western influences.
TAO is open for dinner only from 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Reservations
are required a maximum of 48 hrs in advance. Some dishes carry
a supplemental charge. TAO is a non-smoking restaurant.
The
Deli - The Deli offers lighter options and specializes
in gourmet sandwiches, specialty salads, fresh fruit and vegetable
juices. The Deli is open from mid-morning to 4:00 p.m.
The
ClubHouse - Afternoon tea is served in the ClubHouse
daily from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with sandwiches and tempting
sweets. The ClubHouse Barbecue is available six nights per week
from 7:00p.m. Here you can feast on delicious grilled meats and
fish in a more casual atmosphere.
